C says they're free if having them as part of a meal not just for eating's sake
So they are a lovely addition soup and these are great and find I don't have to use my HE as bread as these do the job and a lot tastier!

I tend to make around 20 small bite size ones so even if using as snack and SYNing them as original day they're still only less than one syn each 3 for 2syns

do they keep well.

I was told these had to be synned as if the smash was used on a red day. Purely because of the miss use of the smash. I posted the thread & recipe in Nov but due to a massive debate between members I asked for it to be deleted lol xxx
