    Cheese scones

    Cheese n onion smash, 3 eggs, cottage cheese n chive BGY sainsburys.... Mix, put in oven... Makes 7 .... Lush... Just had them (2)for lunch with HM carrott n coriander soup x

    C says they're free if having them as part of a meal not just for eating's sake
    So they are a lovely addition soup and these are great and find I don't have to use my HE as bread as these do the job and a lot tastier!

    I tend to make around 20 small bite size ones so even if using as snack and SYNing them as original day they're still only less than one syn each 3 for 2syns
