    Goat curry help please

    Hiya , I've just had curried goat that my aunt cooked, was only a small bowl, it was boiled rice.... And the goat was marinaded in Jamaican spices added onion tomato, fresh thyme salt pepper, peppers no oil was added..... Is free??? I'm on extra easy....please say it is haha

    I would say probably not free unless the meat was trimmed of all fat but it'd be low. Also usually the meat is sealed in a pan with oil, did she skip that?

    As long as the all purpose seasoning was the Dunns river or TRS brand not Aromat then
    It should be syn free I think - assuming goat is free of course! Even if it was the Aromat version it will have been minimal (1 max) syns wise.

    Well I asked my aunt and she just sain marinade it over night with all the above mentioned....then she slow cooked it for 10 hours lol..... Very long haha then took bones out of course
