I LOVE the cheese and broccoli pasta n sauce with an extra HEA of cheese mixed in, some added broccoli and cauliflower and chicken pieces or quorn chicken pieces and I also love love love the country vegetable one with chicken and cheese mixed in too :-)
ooo i've never tried the country vegatable onedo they sell it in tesco? your idea sounds yummy though, and makes it a lot more bulky with all the extra veg in it

I like the chicken and mushroom pasta and sauce with leeks and sweetcorn cooked in with the pasta and some grilled pepper philli stirred in (or some of the sun dried tomato boursin if if I'm feeling particularly frivolous, lol!) I also like it with some cubed ham added at the end![]()

I made canelloni (that doesnt look like its spelled right)...
Anyway, you need canelloni tubes, bag of spinach, tub of cottage cheese, s & p, basil (opt) 1 x egg.
I didnt cook the spinach just chopped it up in the chopper, added the rest of ingredients and then stuffed the tubes.
Then I got a small carton of passata, added sweetener/tsp sugar, s & p and crushed garlic. mixed together.
Poured over the tubes and baked in the oven for about 1/2 hr... then I look it out and sprinkled tbsp parmesan over the top..
It was delicious..I didnt work out the Syns but it seemed pretty low. Most of it was FREE on EE.
Hubby was well pleased.... he even licked the bowl.. (desparation!)
Dont upset me otherwise I will EAT YOU!! I am dieting!!

Week 13: Lost 3/4lb... 14.5lbs total... got to my FIRST STONE!!!!!!

Spaghetti
2 x tins of sardines in brine

s & p
just cook the spaghetti..... then I dry fry the sardines until dry and crispy.. squirt in some lemon, s & p, sometimes a drizzle of OO.. or add some olives.
He loves it!
My favouritist is!
chicken risotto... its a WW recipe but its still FREE Syns.
cook risotto rice in stock cube until soft/sticky, add chicken (some peas opt) lemon and parsley, s &P... gorgeous.
