    Frozen Cod Recipes Needed

    Hi everyone

I have a couple of pieces of frozen cod. I have done the steamed cod thing with asparagus etc in the past but the family aren't too fussed (??why??), so now I want to try something different..any suggestions anyone?

Is there something like SW battered cod?

You could make these potato cakes with the fish too and then they will be like fish cakes.....

Had the fish and it was lovely. I put swede veg in the mash. Worked a treat, thank you.

Tomato and thyme cod... Cook cod as instructions, put in pan with some chopped toms, thyme and soy sauce until heated through. Serve with green beans and roast pots. Really tasty and quick x
