    Yogurt Drops

Hi guys! I'm not sure if I have seen this posted on here before. I actually do weight watchers simply filling but I'm always on the SW board for recipes.

Okay so all you need is your favourite muller light 0syns yogurt

Here are mine (they look like nuts)

So you just pipe them onto a baking tray. One yogurt makes loads. Then they freeze pretty quick, 30mins mine took. If you don't eat them straight away then store them in the freezer.

So I'm not sure if this is classed as what you guys call 'food abuse' but as long as you use one yogurt I don't see the problem.

For me a yogurt is eaten in a few mins. These I can eat slower

For a few Syns for the whole lot add a couple squares of chocolate melted or a sprinkle of white choc options. Delish treat and a whole pack only 1 SYN and a treat !! And more or less SYN free!!

Lol I thought the same thing. They just turn back to yogurt if you leave them out the freezer. But they stay frozen for a while like ice cubes. They never melt before I eat them all lol
