Thread: Syn free gravy

At least I think it is, I'm sure someone will correct me if isn't.
No doubt someone has already discovered this before, but it tastes great so thought I'd post it.

I added a crumbled veg oxo to the water the veg had been steamed over then thickened it with instant mash powder. Then I added about 1/2 tsp of gravy browning to get a decent colour and that's it! Yum!!

i couldn't find a syn value for the gravy browning. It's made from just colouring and glucose syrup, so even assuming its all glucose syrup it would only be 1/2syn for 1/2tsp, and that was between two of us.

Hi there, I'm new to slimming world and the best syn free gravy I've found is on the slimming eats website, take a look, it's totally syn free and I've had it this evening with a nice juicy steak !
