Week 12: Lost 1lb. Total 13.5LB. that little 1/2lb to my 1st stone is very elusive!
Week 13: Lost 3/4lb... 14.5lbs total... got to my FIRST STONE!!!!!!

Week 19: gain 2lb.
Week 20: lost 1lb
Tesco dried mash plain is free on EE and Green all makes tend to be free but ones that are buttery or added cheese have SYN values due to additives

Does the value mash taste similar to smash?

I like Smash, or the Asda one is not bad either x

Smash buttery is not free it's 5.5 for 220g sachet dried or 0.5 Syns made up per 100g

Glad you're clear on it as it's soooo easy to eat Syns without thinking and just as easy to eat chocolate even when you know they are Syns haha lol!
