    Hidden mash

I've just made some "hidden mash" potatoes and cauliflower cooked and mashed together, it's really nice and adds a hidden super free veg for days when u don't want a salad or veg on the plate .....yummy

Caulipots! Found them in Appetite for Reduction, an awesome vegan cookbook, and now I try to keep a cauli in for mashing purposes

I love adding swede to my mash too. Really useful when you're short of spuds.
