What cut of meat did you use for .....
Has anyone cooked "pulled pork"? If so what cut of meat have you used as I am unsure what meat to buy to make this dish?
I think the latest Morrisons mag had this featured. .Pretty sure it's just shoulder of pork that's slow cooked and then 'pulled' with a fork to give shredded servings, rather than sliced.
And sorry - it was the latest Aldi Mag that had it in 'Pulled Pork Shoulder with Ginger & Black Pepper'. It looks delish - pork would always be my last choice of meat / joint but I might try this one
