What about a colcannon mash yum

I just braise some cabbage in chicken stick and use the stock to make the mash softer and get out the lumps. Could also add laughing cow light to make it creamy and cheesy and sprinkle with spring onions mmmmm

Or roasts carrots, onion and parsnips
One step at a time to goal not matter how long it takes

    28 , 27, 26, 25, 24, 23, 22, 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12

Losing weight is hard, being big is harder.
