Syn Free, Sticky Chicken and Egg Fried Rice!
So ive finally got back into the swing of things of loosing weight and have now being doing slimming world on Extra easy for 3 weeks!
Im finding i get bored of the same recipes so have started making my own bits and peices and one i really like right now is sticky chicken and egg fried rice
diced chicken breast, sprinkled with paprika and then cooked in 330ml (1 can) of diet coke with half and onion, let simmer for about 30 minutes until fluid evaporates
then cooking rice draining it, chucking into a wok with a little water, adding mushrooms, pea's and sweetcorn
wait until the water has evaporated and add 2 wisked eggs allow to gently cook in for a couple of minutes, add a few splashes of worcester sauce and serve immediatly
i like to use spring onions to garnish the rice a little more
absoultly amazing, for syn FREE
