    Help... Sweet potato wedges

    Hi all,

    making sweet potato wedges tonight for the first time, iv got high expectations so I want to make sure I do them right? Was thinking about sprinkling on paprika to?

    Do I have to boil them first like sw chips? Or do i just pop them in the oven? For how long? Is there anything else people pop on with papprika to add flavour?

    Tips please

    I've never made sweet potato wedges but I do make some cajun spiced potato wedges (potato wedges spayed with a little Frylite and sprinkled with cajun spice) and I don't boil them first. I just put them straight in the oven for about 35 mins (at 200 degrees), turning half-way.

    Let me know how you get on with your sweet potato wedges and I might give them a go. Good luck.

    Thanks... Yeah I won't boil and hope for the best! My friend loves them an really rates them
    so been dying to try, just want them to be right haha!
