Syn free dips?

Hi all,


has anyone got any pretty simple dip recipes? A garlicy dip maybe made with fat free yog? Looking for something to go nice with chicken an wedges? Im on EE

I've finally perfected SW chips and fancied a creamy dip to go with them instead of ketchup. Can either be syn'd or free if using A HEX. I put 2 teaspoons of Philly Light (chive and black pepper) into a small bowl and put in a splash of milk mixed it until I was the consistency of mayo. I reckon 2 syns if not using Philly as a HEX ........ 2 syns of pure heaven, and just the right around to go with a plate of chips as a snack.
