    Butternut squash chips

    I heard about these in group yesterday :-) they r not only a really tasty alternative to potatoes but they are super free :-) well worth a try :-)

    They are verytasty - i dont bother peeling just wash and chop then add a few spices and frylight the bang in the oven....lush

    If u don't want the skin bung the whole thing in the oven for half hour and then once its cooled te skin peels off x
