Thread: Vanilla Cheesecake?

Has anybody got a good SW recipe for just a plain vanilla cheesecake? Not a baked one preferably.

I would try doing a search in the recipe subforum as there will likely be one there. Thats also where any questions about recipes or ingredients should be posted x

I made one on the weekend, little ones mind you but it took my mind off chocolate.

I used 2 light digestives with a tiny bit of milk, out that in the oven whilst I made the topping.
for the topping I used quark (free) mixed with sweetener vanilla essence and a white chocolate options and mixed with made up gelatine, I left it in the fridge to set and it was alright obviously not fantastic but takes the sweetness pangs away xx
