I use extra light mayo and garlic powder, but you could use total 0% yogurt too if you want
I use fat free yoghurt and put a little lazy garlic in it, a splash of lime juice and a sprinkle of salt. Let it stand a bit and its delicious, just like the one from the kebab shop :)
