After many months of deliberating, i bought a Bamix blender today and am so pleased with it. I had money left over from christmas and thought i would treat myself. It turns skimmed milk into cream and can make ice cream style dessert from frozen berries and low fat yoghurt in seconds.

Does anyone have some Slimming World friendly recipe ideas for using the Bamix?
