Cheese sauce

Anyone got a simple recipe for a cheese sauce using Philly light! X thanks in advance. X

I'm not sure what you will use the cheese sauce for but I just made lasange and used of Philly Light with milk (syn one or the other if using one as HEX) heated on a very low heat and added some fresh coriander to it and it was lovely, i thought you could also use it for pasta as it was the right consistency. When I make creamy carbonara I use Philly or primula light mixed into the pasta then I whisk 1 egg into it. It's really tasty xxx
