Smash!? Do you use it as a dough? How many syns? Also I have no idea what quoke is!? Sorry if I sound stupid!! :wave_cry:

Dry powdered mash is 4.5 syns per 25g if you are using it as a substitute for flour, which you would be doing if using it to make a dough

Quark is a fat free cheese that can be used in lots of different sweet and savoury recipes - there are lots of threads on here about it if you do a search :)
