Hi, I haven't tried this yet, but sounds lovely. Found it on this site.
    Chocolate Pudding
Low syn and really easy to make and really tasty - and no it doesn't taste like beans.
    SERVINGS
    2-4

    INGREDIENTS
    1 box silken tofu
    4 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
Sweetner to taste - equiv to half a cup of sugar,

    1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

    PREPARATION
    1. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth and creamy, about 10 seconds.

Refrigerate or eat immediately. Only syns are the cocoa = 1syn per level tablespoon.

Eat on its own, with yogurt or over fruit etc.

I found I couldn't get the tofu smooth enough. It tastes pretty chocolaty though

You could try mixing an 'options' hot chocolate (2 syns) with an egg and microwaving it. Or mix the power into fat free yoghurt.

I tried it by hand, using a blender and using an electric whisk... I took it as a sign, lol
