Spaghetti Carbonara Tam's way
Hi all, Am back on the wagon as from today and wanted to share my yummy carbonara recipe I had for lunch. It's 2 syns on EE.
Spaghetti
Half a tub of Quark
2 Eggs
Ham
Onion
Ground garlic
Small of cooking water left over from pasta.
Salt and pepper
10g Extra Special Parmigiano Reggiano/Parmesan Cheese, Block/Grated 10g
Cook the pasta as stated on pack, saving a small amount of water for later.
Using Frylight, mist your pan and gently sweat your onions, adding the ground garlic and then the diced ham. Whilst this is cooking mix the eggs, quark and parmesan in a bowl.
Pour the cooked pasta into the pan of onions and ham. They add your egg mixture, using a little of the pasta water if it is too thick for your liking. Season to taste and voila a tasty lunch.
