I found this recipe for lemon pudding using cauliflower!!!! I tried it tonight and it is really good

I have used the milk as part HEA and sweetner in place of the sugar - it is free on all plans - will def be having this again

I tried this for yesterday's Mother's Day dinner. My partner pulled a funny face and said its not bad, my son said it had a funny taste, my mum said "that's disgusting, are you trying to kill me??!!" Lol. I tried to persevere but in the end even I agreed!! When I agreed, my partner said actually its horrid, I was trying to be supportive!! Bless him. Needles to say, the back up dessert of sponge pud & custard came out, and the lemon pud ended up in the bin!! Gotta try these things tho
