Super speed

I have made super speed soup but wondering if anyone has any other good recipes that are high in super speeds? X

What is super speed soup? Sound interesting! :) x

What about the tomato soup recipe which is baked beans, tomatoes and a pickled onion. Sounds so wrong but it's delicious xxx
