Thread: Extra Easy Beef Pot Roast Recipe

Hi All

I had a SW pot roast recipe pinned on my ********* board that I've been meaning to try for ages ... I've finally remembered to buy the beef joint and now can't find the darned recipe, and google is being no help either! Please could anyone help me out and post details? I know there was a twist to it, it wasn't as simple as the usual "roast beef in slow cooker on bed of celery, carrots and onion with a slug of oxo beef stock, some passata and balsamic vinegar" that I usually do! I have a feeling it may have been an Extra Easy One Pot recipe ....?
