I thought all sw people had heard of it, oh dear I hope I'm not talking rubbish! Haha!
Ingredients:-
Mushrooms
1 Onion chopped fine
3 tins of mushy peas
1 tin of Baked Beans
Curry Powder
Method:-
Fry the Mushrooms and onion
Add the mushy peas and baked beans
Add curry powder and herbs to taste
Heat and serve

Aah mushy pea curry- never heard it called speed curry before! Never tried it but might soon. I make a really tasty curry that's totally free anyway so prefer to have that!

And looking at the ingredients I don't see why it wouldn't keep in the fridge for a couple of days! X
I suppose if you made this into a veg curry with more SS SF veg then you could call it a speed curry ( like the speed soup)!
It would be speed in more way than one hehe!!!
