hey ! I cook enough for 2 (my husband and I ) just adjust accordingly ...

    2 chicken breasts diced
1 onion peeled and finely diced
    1 clove of garlic crushed
2 tsp of mustard powder made up as directed
1 veg or chicken stock cube
    2 tablespoons of quark
    fry llight
    salt and pepper

Fry the onion and chicken in the fry light in a nice hot pan until browned off, add the garlic and 100ml of the stock.
stir this and while it reduces add the mustard salt and pepper.
Once you're happy thechicken is cooked through remove from the heat and add the quark and stir in. Ensure its off the heat for this part though as I'm sure you know the quark can split!!

I love this with rice and veg or little chipped potatoes. Very very nice. Quick and easy. And the husband loves it!!

Let me know what you think. It's one of my faves xx

Ill look it up and post it but it's turkey mince, garlic, spring onion, lime. And some spices which I'll clarify.
    Baked in oven.
They keep and freeze and great leftovers for lunch salad next day.

Yogurt dressing is a gem it's free 0% natural yoghurt with a teaspoon on value range mint (value brand has massively less calories and sugar) sauce stirred through. The mint sauce has one syn but you only use a drizzle of the dressing so it's 1/8 of a syn to be technical.

Do you think it would taste as good if you swapped the quark for philly?
