1 x tub of cottage cheese with Chives
1 x packet of cheese and onion smash
    3 eggs

i personally blitz up the cottage cheese so its not lumpy, but u dont need to.
then add the eggs and smash and stir well.
shape into balls (of required size) and bake in the oven for about 20/30 mins

BEWARE....... these probably arent actually 'Syn Free' as its using smash a flour substitute, but............

    xx

to be honest, i really dont think you would need to........ the cheese and onion smash has got bits of onion in too.

i would give it a try without cheese first if i were you..... you will be suprised x

Try the recipe sub-forum hun - your post will get moved over there anyway - as there are a few versions if you do a search

And yes the smash would be synned at 4.5 syns for every 25g powdered mash so syns would depend on the size of the packet you use and the number of scones you get from the mix
