Favourite Green day or Red day recipe?
I know there's probably threads on this already, so I apologise in advance. I've never really considered doing a week of Green or Red days, but once I go back home from my holiday at my parents I'm considering trying doing a week of each to see if it makes a difference in terms of weight loss.
I'm a bit stuck for ideas though, so I was just wondering what your favourite low-syn or syn-free green or red recipes are? Xx
Goal 1: Lose 0.5 stone Goal 2: Get into the 13 stone range Goal 3: Lose 1 stone
Goal 4: Achieve Club 10
Goal 4: Lose 1.5 stone
Goal 5: Get into the 12 stone range
Goal 6: Lose 2 stone

Week 1: -1lb (14 stone 3.5lb)
Week 2: +0.5lb (14 stone 4lb)
Week 3: -1lb (14 stone 3lb)
Week 4: STS (14 stone 3lb)
Week 5: -1lb (14 stone 2lb)
Week 6: +0.5lb (14 stone 2.5lb)
Week 7: +0.5lb (14 stone 3lb)
