    Red day thread

    I wondered if there were any red day lovers out there (or original plan!) like me, who wanted to share ideas and new food finds! There is a section in the magazine where they show 3 or 4 new foods specifically aimed at those who do Red days....so along the same lines!

    Ive also updated my food diary title - so its Red all the way for me! Although i will have the odd extra easy day too now! xxx

    My diary has some red days...and will have more ideas as i keep the red days up!!

    I tried some lovely salmon the other day - it was Tesco Alaskan Pink Salmon with Lemon and Dill butter (frozen pack of two) and they are free on Red and EE.

    Totally delish!!!

    Well after disastrous weekly weigh in tonight, im looking to try and get back on track with some Red original days. Ive been ding SW since January and have only lost a pound, the EE plan to too free and easy i need structure and rules and hopefully will get that with the red days.     Here is my red day lunch which I've just made for tomorrow.
    It is ham, chicken breast and chopped bacon with a mixed salad, HEA of cheese. Gonzales extra light salad cream and velvet crunch crisps.

    I agree that red days give less bloating than green days. I find that I slip from red to EE too often though. Inspiration please! Also how to keep the cost of red days down.
