    % Lost 14.25%
    Could anyone help me with a recepie for this? Obviously lower syn the better I love the dish my mom makes but it's full of cream and butter
    I did try to search the threads but I'm on the app and I think I'm doing it wrong x

    I've always had trouble with creamy sauces, they always seem to either split or go dry when baked. However, I have heard that there are some packet sauces that aren't that many syns when divided into portions. I think the coleman's cheese sauce is 8 syns per packet so not bad if your bake serves 4 and I think a tin or Heinz macaroni cheese is 6 syns and apparently it works well when puréed. I'm not sure about non cheesy versions though!
