Just discovered this little beauty in group on Monday. I am taking part in a 5 day scan bran challenge and was getting a bit sick of feeling like I'm eating plasterboard so was after new ideas. Was skeptical but I love it!
4 Scan Bran soaked in boiling water, any excess water drained. Break 1
Weetabix in, add 1 tbsp cocoa, 3-4 tbsp granulated sweetner,1 tbsp golden syrup, mix well and press into a microwavable loaf tin (silicone ones are ideal, or any other microwavable dish). Cook on full power in the microwave for 5 mins, leave to cool, serve and enjoy. For a more choc fudge brownie effect, spread some cadburys philadelphia on top (weighed and synned). Sounds wrong but trust me, it works.
If using 2 of the scan bran and a weetabix as a hex B, the whole cake is 5 1/2 syns without the choc philly
