    Berry, berry nice indeed!

An idea for a yummy dessert, which my family love. Hope you do too! It is a Berry and Yoghurt Crush. This serves five and is only 1 Syn each. You take 500g of frozen fruit (I usually use Black Forest Fruits from Tesco) and put it into a food processor. You then add 500g 0% Total Greek Yoghurt and 2 level tbsp. of clear honey (5 Syns). Blend for about 10 seconds or until thick and almost smooth. Spoon into serving glasses, cover with cling film and chill in the fridge. We have always eaten ours within an hour of making (can't keep our hands off them) so not sure how long you can keep them for. Sorry!

Actually, it was just for the honey. Sorry, suppose I may have made a boob with the pureed fruit. Might be nearly as tasty without pureeing but just wouldn't look as good. x
