What's for Brunch?

Better to Drink your Syns
I'm sure that many of you, like myself, if I have a lie-in on the weekend rarely have both breakfast and lunch.

So, I thought I would start a thread solely for those of us who Brunch ;)
 
My Brunch today was Hot Dogs!

2 M & S Mini Wholemeal Sub Rolls (HexB), 2 Light Choices Cumberland Pork Sausages (2 syns) and tomato ketchup (1 syn)

Followed by fresh strawberries and a sublime strawberry muller light greek style yogurt

By the time I got in from shopping, or rather gossipping in town this morning, it was way too late to fit in breakfast and lunch, so, just had a coffee, and now going to have a tasty SW cooked brunch of bacon, mushrooms, 'fried' eggs and wholemeal toast.
 
Brunch yesterday was two large portobello mushrooms, each filled with an egg, then baked in the oven and served on wholemeal toast

Followed by fresh blackberries in sugar free blackcurrant jelly

It's SW Sunday Brunch time!

This week it's Light choices Cumberland pork sausages (2 syns), roasted cherry tomatoes, 'fried' eggs and wholemeal toast (HexB)

Thankyou so much I found them on here and brought 2 packs yesterday :) had 2 for my tea with bacon egg and tomatoes! Yum! Didn't look as good as yours tho :-/ lol but taste really good x

The sausages were cooked in the oven, along with the tomatoes, so, a super simple meal.

Glad you found the sausages, as in my mind, they are the best low syn ones.
