need some thinspiration!
i work 14 hour days and need something nice to take to work that is suitable to leave in the fridge for 4-5 hours and tastes yum! low syn would
be ideal. i do have access to a microwave. ive been taking pasta with chopped tomatoes and cheese but getting a bit bored of that now.

Most of my lunches are made up of the previous nights leftovers. I find that if it's something flavourful then it tastes better the day after anyway. Today it's leftover Quorn chilli and rice but spag bol also works well.
How about salads? I've been really into ham salads lately with loads of different ingredients (lettuce, carrots, sweetcorn, cucumber, peppers, gerkhins, jalapenos, onions) with some syn free or low syn dressing. (I usually get my salads from Subway but they're probably cheaper to make them at home).
How about some soup and bread or crackers (Ryvita) from the HEX list?
If you have microwave access, could you take a jacket potato, nuke it for a few minutes (I know, not as nice as oven baked ones) and top it with something like beans, tuna, prawns etc?
