Baking - Splenda alternative
I love to bake.
At home in the UK I would use Splenda as a substitute to sugar. Thats not possible when I am in Uganda and am looking for some advice on what to do?
Should I use sugar, but less? Is there an alternative ingredient that I could use to add some sweetness?
My husband doesnt like things sweet anyway so typically I would half the sugar in the recipe (when using normal sugar) for cakes and biscuits etc... anyway, but some sweetness is always needed!!
