My salmon recipie syn free
I thought I'd share this as it was a hope for the best idea but it turned out to be wonderful and syn free.
2 salmon fillets
1tsp Chinese mixed spice
1 garlic clove crushed
2tbsp dark soy sauce
Small piece of ginger grated
Preheat oven to 200
Mix all the above together in a small bowl apart from the salmon
Line a baking tray with foil and place the salmon on to it.
Spoon over one third of the soy mixture and pop into the oven for 5 minutes
Take salmon out of oven and spoon over another third and cook again for 5 minutes
Take out for last time and pour over the last of the mixture
Cook for last five minutes then its done.
You could have this with rice or salad but I did mine with a syn free noodle stir fry with peppers carrots onions mushrooms.
