1 pepper (any colour)
1 pack quorn Swedish style meatballs
2 cans of spaghetti in tomato sauce (Heinz etc or any brand)
Cheese (I use 4 x healthy extra servings as the casserole makes 2 good portions so therefore 2 healthy extras per meal, plus makes it extra cheesy)
Fry pepper, onion, garlic, till softened.
Add meatballs for approx 5 mins.
Add both cans of spaghetti, season with black pepper, simmer low heat for approx 10 mins.
Transfer mixture to a casserole dish and top with cheese, bake for approx 20 mins.
