Bacon and mushroom tagliatelle recipe?

Hi there,

Can anyone help me out...in one of the SW magazines (I think it was 2 or 3 magazines ago) there was a recipe for a bacon and mushroom pasta recipe. I know I'm being a pain, but would somebody mind posting the recipe for me if they can find it?

Hope this is the one and it's not too late.
275g tagliatelle
275g thick cut smoked bacon roughly chopped
250g sliced mushrooms
1 red pepper chopped
400g can chopped toms
1tsp Italian herb mix
50g veg stock
1 tbsp tom purée
S&p
Handful chopped parsley
Salad to serve
Cook pasta, drain and return to pan
Meanwhile spray large frying pan with fry lite and fry bacon 1-2 min.
Add mushrooms and pepper and fry further 2 min
Add stock, toms, Italian herd blend and tom purée. Stir and bring to boil. Turn heat down and simmer for 6-8 mon
Add sauce to pasta and season.
Garnish with parsley
Serves 4
