As it is it's free, if it's too thin you could add a little cornflour mixed with cold water added to the gravy mix and stirred whist in a saucepan on the hob (just remember to syn the cornflour).

Target for 2014: Get back in range (only a smidgen out) then Stay there.

Started Paleo/Primal Apr 2012 at 9st 9lbs.Got down to 8st 4lbs October 2012 and have been maintaining between 8st 4lbs-8st 7lbs since.
If you want it enough you won't keep finding excuses to not do it.
