Extra Easy: Comptons Gravy Salt????

Ive used Comptons Gravy Salts to make gravy with for years, you can't beat old, traditional Gravy. I also pop it in mince when making a stew or making mince pies etc. Do the Gravy Salts have syns????? I do SW from home so I don't have a consultant to ask.

According to the Tesco website it contains cornflour and caramel (which is another word for sugar), so yes, it will have syns. Tesco doesn't give the calorie content so you will have to look at the label yourself and see if that tells you.

Then allow 1 syn per 20 calories.

Yes, I managed to find it on My Finess Pal. It has on that there's 0 calories but I'm sure that's not the case so I'm struggling a little. It has no nutritional info on the box or anything. How bizaar :-/
