A baked potato, mashed potato, roast potatoes, boiled potatoes, hassleback potatos. You can do so much more than just chips!
Try experimenting with other root vegetables, i.e. sweet potato, carrots, parnsip, etc. all make yummy alternatives to chips. Or carrot and swede mash is also delicious and makes a nice change, particularly on a roast dinner.
Pasta, noodles, quinoa, couscous, orzo...the possibilities are endless!
