Extra Easy: how to make a syn free coleslaw?

Hi I have just started doing SW and my friend gave me a recipe for beef burger & chips and im looking for a coleslaw recipe that will go with it. can anyone help? many thanks.

Fat free fromage frais, finely chopped cabbage and onion and grated carrot (or buy supermarkets prepared salad bag of coleslaw mix). You could add salt, pepper to taste. Mustard powder and cheese (hexa or syn) also go really well in it.
