I tend to use bean sprouts (loads of them cos they soon disappear!), peppers, onions, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots and any other veg that I have in the fridge really! I add chicken or prawns too depending on what I have/fancy. And of course soy sauce for the flavour.

I love making stirfrys. Its a great way to get plenty of veg and they're very filling. I just use whatever I have in the houe. Carrots, mushrooms, onion, peppers, sweetcorn etc and then just cook with garlic salt and chilli flakes add some soy sauce when its cooked. Or i would use the sticky chicken recipe from the website and add it to a stirfry, i just don't let the sauce all go into the chicken and use it for the marinade for my stirfry. So yummy!
