Talking Feeling poorly what do you have when your under the weather?

I am looking for super extra easy teatime recipes that don't require any 'faffing' around. Minimal cooking - what do you have full of flavour & FREE on SW Extra Easy Plan. As full of a cold & cannot taste much, help!!! TIA x

curry- it might help to clear your cold up too!
Casserole, jambalaya if you search for one pot recipes you should find some lovely things that take minimal effort to make but deliver on the flavour

Hope you feel better (if not, hot chocolate is worth the 2 syns )
