    Exclamation Recipe Ideas

    Ive just rejoined slimming world it's now gone Extra Easy. I cant get my head round it so I would rather stick to red and green days. Could anyone give me idea's on Syn free or low syn red and green day menu's when I bough the slimming mags it seems to be mostly extra easy.

    Hi, I quite like green days but always seem too eat the same stuff!
    Baked bean lasagna (fav with the kids)
    Plain chow main with egg fried rice
    Pasta and sauce with egg flan
    Homemade soup
    Baked pot and beans

    may day challenge loose 10lb --- 17 1/2lb done
    wk 1 = 81/2lb
    wk 2 = 4lb
    wk 3 = 3lb
    wk 4 = 2lb




    round 2 after leving slimming world for 8 months 2 have my daughter i had lost 2lb!
    wk1=7 1/2lb
    wk2=2lb
    wk3=1lb


    i am a thin person living inside a fat body!

    If you look in the back of the mag it gives you a list of recipies with syn values for green and red. I am on green today and having mushroom stroganoff from the mag (1syn)
