Roasties

As it's Sunday, I wondered how do you cook your roasties?

I pre heat my oven to as high as it goes then par boil potatoes for about 4 mins. Drain then spray a baking tray with frylight, lay the potatoes on and spray agin with frylight and pop in the oven until golden. Usually takes about 30 mins, don't forget to turn half way through cooking.

We'll I found a recipe online using stock and fry light they were lovely!!!!!!! Kids and oh enjoyed too xxx

I par boil my potatoes in stock first (for a few minutes).
I pre-heat my roasting pan and only add the frylite when the pan is out of the oven and just before I add the drained potatoes (then spray the potatoes with the spray).
