    sin free pancakes ????

    hi all
    i found this recipe and would really appreciate advice on free or not free ( tweaking again lol )

    2xtbls instant smash
    2xtbls sweetner
    2xeggs

    mix all the ingredients together n fry in frylight (makes about 5/6 pancakes )

    i made these last night and they were delicious

    They'd probably been seen as a tweak - meaning you'd have to syn them. If you eat them every so often and it doesn't mess with your losses, then I'd not bother syning them.

    Why don't you make them with HEB porridge allowance instead. Smash is a tweak but if not done often it should be fine

    You can also use Oats So Simple (soaked over night made with water), a Muller Light Yoghurt (Vanilla flavour) and 2 eggs. Makes around 4 - 6 pancakes. xxx
