Taster sesion ideas??

Were having a taster session this Wednesday and I'm not sure what to make, preferably something cold..... Any ideas??

We had one recently and I took a rice pudding. There was a cheesecake, homemade hummus, chicken marinaded in chilli, lime and cumin which was grilled, scanbran cake, lettuce cups with keema mince in them. I didn't need tea that night! X

Not everyone brings something along but all of you are asked to bring something, I suppose it all depends if you can make something and bring it in the that's great, I've only had them when there's something to celebrate.... Last night was "couple of the yeah"
