    Hello
I've just bought a halogen oven and wondered if anyone had any top tips for making the SW chips in it? Or any other recipes

    Thank you

    Hi!

My Mam has a halogen oven and it's awesome! Haven't chips as she also has an actifry but she literally uses it for everything else! Makes really nice roast chicken!

I'm jealous! I've been looking for one over here (I live in Paris) and they don't seem to sell them.

    Enjoy!! X

Do it the same way as you would do it in a normal oven.
If you want it enough you won't keep finding excuses to not do it.

I love my halogen oven and I make SW chips all the time. I chop my potato into chips then instead of par boiling the chips I spread them out on a plate and microwave them on full power (900w) for 2 minutes. Then I spray my halogen baking tray with Fry light, spread out the chips on the tray and spray the chips with a couple of sprays of Fry Light. Pop them on the halogen at 200 for 15 to 20 minutes.
