Pancake day PANIC!!!

Hi all,Its coming up to pancake day now and I have always over indulged in previous years. This year however I would like to try and enjoy it but with as little damage to the scales as possible. I will have my step son on the day and don't want to deprive him of any treats but would like to make it as healthy as I can! Does anyone have any tips or ideas that would be helpful?? Perhaps a pancake substitute that has less syns or ideas for lovely low syn toppings? Or should I just take an extra long bath to avoid the kitchen whilst the OH is making them???? thankyou in advanceXxx
